Warrior Workout Tracker ("we", "us", or "the app") is a workout tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage it.

Account Information

Email address and display name — provided when you create an account.
Google profile data — name and email, if you sign in with Google.

Workout Data

Workout sessions you log, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes.
This data is stored in your personal account space and is not shared with other users.

Guest Mode

If you use the app without an account, your workout data is stored only on your device.
No personal information is collected in guest mode.

Local Preferences

The app stores your preferences (theme, language, measurement units) locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to any server.

Crash & Performance Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. These include device type, OS version, and stack traces. No personal data is included.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the workout tracking service.
To sync your workouts across devices when signed in.
To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication — for sign-in and account management.
Cloud Firestore — for storing workout and profile data.
Firebase Cloud Storage — for exercise images.
Firebase Crashlytics — for anonymous crash reporting.

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Warrior Workout Tracker is a workout logging tool only. It is not a medical device, personal training service, or health-advice platform.

Exercise descriptions, instructions, and any other fitness-related content provided in this app are for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, physiotherapy, or personal training advice.

Always consult a qualified personal trainer, physiotherapist, or physician before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise programme.
You are solely responsible for performing exercises with correct form and technique.
The developers of Warrior Workout Tracker are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information or exercise content displayed in this app.
Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.
